First selection depends on materials you send us. Detailed CV and cover letter help us to decide whether you could have right skills and background for a position. We do our best to cut the response time to minimum. If you are the right profile for us, we will contact you within one to two weeks based on number of applicants.
Our recruitment process usually consists of two rounds of personal interviews. For junior roles, phone screening may be conducted before personal interview. Throughout the process, you meet with our Recruiter, HR Manager, Team Leader and Manager. You can be asked to take an IT or analytical test. It always depends on the kind of job you are applying for. Last phase is reference check. Be prepared to provide contact details on your previous team leaders/ managers. After successful accomplishment, we will contact you with an offer.
Unsuccessful candidates will be informed via email.
Please, come to interviews always on time. Dress comfortably and adequately to the role (formal business dress is not required).
