1. Data processed by RPC

Personal data within the meaning of the GDPR means all information able to identify natural person e.g. a person’s name and (e-mail) address, for example, but also the IP address and any other information that could permit identification of that person.

RPC process the personal data only insofar as this is required to maintain a functional Website and present our content and services. We collect personal data that you provide to us when you visit this Website, communicate with us, or otherwise enter into a contractual arrangement with us.

In addition, when you visit the Website we may collect the browsing data, which includes all data collected automatically through the Website and relate, for example, to the types of actions performed on the Website by users. This involves recording the data as e.g.: date and time of access, browser type, version and language, city/region/country, IP address of the user, system used by the user. These data are stored in the log files of our system. IP addresses are stored only in pseudonymized form.

a)  IP addresses – the purpose is to deliver the Website to the computer of the user; storage of IP addresses helps us to ensure the functionality of the Website, support technical administration of the network infrastructure and maintain the security of our information technology systems;

The information used for this purpose will remain strictly anonymous and will not be used to identify any user nor will it be added to the personal data of users; The processing of data for this purpose is automatic and implicit in Internet transmission protocols.

3. Data recipients

The personal data you provided us with are processed and kept mostly by us. In a limited extent the RPC communicates the users’ personal data to the third parties and other processors:

  •  where the disclosure is necessary to fulfill user´s request and involves a third party organization with which RPC has a business relationship; or
  • when explicitly requested by the user; or
  • as required by a court order or any other legal or regulatory requirement; or
  • when the disclosure of data to third parties is necessary to protect the interests of RPC or other users.

      RPC may use external service providers to assist with, for example, information technology and other administrative support services to operate our Website.

      To provide services of RPC, the RPC may need to transfer the users’ personal data abroad.
