Our trainee program, so called Talent Academy, is an amazing opportunity for recent graduates to explore different work possibilities within RPC. For one year assignment trainee rotates on different departments to find what job fits them the most.

How can I apply and how recruitment process looks like?

We open the application process in spring when we publish trainee position. During the recruitment process you will get a short call from HR and will complete online testing to find out more about you. The most successful applicants will be invited to the group session and the final two or three will meet our senior manager. You will get valuable feedback after every step of the process.

What can I expect during the trainee program?

During the program, you will meet several teams who will guide you through the agenda they are working on. You will have the opportunity to work on subtasks and later your own project.

Do I receive any feedback or mentoring during my assignment?

Trainees receive regular feedback from their manager to help them better navigate and grow during their assignments.

What happens when I complete the trainee program?

You may apply for a vacant position for full time role. During the trainee program you will have a chance to think which role fits you the best and prepare yourself for new assignments.

What do our trainees like the most?

I like that mentorship is a significant part of the IT Trainee program. It is included to guide us in choosing a suitable position and develop hard and soft skills.

Are you a student?

We offer several opportunities during the year for students to get their first practical experience. In RPC we have students supporting different departments like Service Desk, Application support, IT Operations & Infrastructure, RAIOps or Change & Release Management.
