The finance department is a crucial component of any organization, responsible for managing the financial aspects of the business. Its primary role is to ensure the company’s financial stability, growth, company vision, KPIs and compliance with relevant regulations. Here are some key functions and responsibilities of our finance department in RPC: Business and Finance Controlling, Vendor Management and Procurement, Accounting methodology and controlling automation and legal.
The Operational Risk and Compliance Department is a critical component of organizations. This department is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks and related internal controls, acting as single point of contacts for internal audits, and ensuring the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and group policies. Here’s an overview of the key functions and responsibilities of the department: internal guidelines and group directives, compliance, risk management, internal control system, data governance and coordination of internal audits.
The operations departments provide L1 support (service desk) and L2 support (Application support) to our customers, including Service Operation Management. There is also 24/7 operating fraud prevention team and team providing chargebacks and dispute management. Projects are managed by the PMO office. Change and Release management are here to cover the process part of the change or release of the product. Digital transformation and agile guidance are in the hands of the transformation team.

Security measures are crucial in today’s world, where businesses are facing a wide range of challenges, from physical threats to cyberattacks. RPC Security Department is responsible for safeguarding its people, assets and information from various threats and risks. The responsibilities of this department consist of Physical Security, Business Continuity Management and Cyber Security.
Executive office supports our executives, such as the CEO, Deputy CEO and other senior leaders. This office is responsible for managing various administrative functions. Here’s an overview of the key aspects and responsibilities: serve the needs of the board and employees, Event and travel coordinator, manage the reception, communication management.
Our Business and Innovation Department is at the forefront of revolutionizing the financial landscape. Comprising diverse and dynamic teams, they are dedicated to driving innovation and excellence across various critical areas: Account Management team who focuses on nurturing relationships with network banks in the group; Digital who is responsible for the development and maintenance of cutting-edge digital wallets, including RaiPay, GooglePay, and ApplePay; Research and Development is staying ahead of the competition, is the engine of innovation; Business Analysis (Issuing & Acquiring) who are the problem solvers and strategists who ensure the seamless flow of transactions and optimize our processes to deliver value to our clients; Business Architecture and Service Management, they are precision in our operations is paramount.
The Human Resources (HR) department is an important part of any organization, responsible for managing the people-related aspects of the business. Its primary role is to attract, develop, and retain the workforce necessary to achieve the company’s goals. Here’s an overview of the key functions and responsibilities of an HR department in RPC: HR covers all employee life cycle from recruitment, compensation and benefits, adaptation, learning and development, performance management, HR Admin, engagement surveys and HR projects, employee relations, Compliance and Legal matters.
