We engage in several CSR activities repeatedly during the year.
We prioritise community involvement and corporate social responsibility. By active support of long-term projects that benefit underprivileged communities in Slovakia.
In addition, our team enjoys volunteering and donating throughout the year. We also value and celebrate the efforts of our employees through various recognition programs, reinforcing our commitment to our core values.
RPC Runners
RPC Runners is a group of passionate runners. They use an app to share their achievements in running competitions such Wings for life, Devín Bratislava or the ČSOB marathon with full support from RPC.
CSR Activities
We support long-term projects that have a huge impact on underprivileged communities in Slovakia, such as Omama or Filip.
We are also ready to roll up our sleeves and help the communities around us with volunteer activities, as we recently did in Naše mesto.
Our hearts are also ready to help when it comes to creating special moments. We organize a pre-Christmas gift collection for children in need.
People celebrations
It is all about the people. Without them we would not be where we are – we are proud that there is so much talent here. Many have been with us for years. We value their commitment and celebrate their anniversaries.
Throughout the year, certain colleagues occasionally shine even brighter. We recognize these exceptional heroes every month to show how much they mean to us.
But there is an even more special occasion – our annual Awards Ceremony. This is a time to celebrate those who live our values.
We prioritize work-life balance
We believe in the importance of work-life balance and the positive impact physical activity can have on your daily life – both during and outside business hours. That’s why we organize regular activities like volleyball, football, family ice skating, yoga classes, Relax & Sport Day, and other training sessions or health education workshops.
We motivate future generations to consider IT careers
We empower young generations to see STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) as an interesting direction for their future. In 2023, we started cooperation with Aj ty v IT, where we support projects inspiring girls and women to start their career in IT – Girl’s Day and Slovak Women in Tech. We also launched a new program ITEXA for students of the University of Economics in 2024 to provide real insights, use-cases and information from our experienced professionals.
Empowering tech talents at SPŠE Hálova
We are thankful to SPŠE Hálova for a year of collaboration so far, as three of their students are currently doing their school practicum at RPC.
Our commitment to mental health and a better Workplace
We have been a proud partner of the Employers’ Coalition for Mental Health since March 2024, helping create a workplace where it’s safe to talk about mental health and everyone feels supported.
Through our Mental Wellness Program, employees can access free psychologist sessions and mental health webinars. We also support colleagues through the League’s “Mental Health First Aid” program and are proud holders of the Zlaté Duše certificate and Dobré kruhy award.
